Fundraising
Canta Canta is a student-led nonprofit bringing joy, creativity, and connection to pediatric patients—especially those from under-resourced, uninsured, and immigrant communities—through handmade interactive art books created by Vanderbilt students. Your donation helps us print and distribute these books to clinics and hospitals across Tennessee, giving children moments of comfort and imagination during their care. Every contribution, big or small, directly funds materials, printing, and outreach so we can reach more young patients in need.
Donate today and help us share art, hope, and joy... one book at a time.
Outreach

1
Community Tabling Events
One of our most impactful fundraising strategies is connecting directly with the Nashville community through tabling events at local fairs, markets, and campus gatherings. By setting up an inviting booth filled with examples of our handmade interactive art books, we’re able to share our mission face-to-face, answer questions, and invite supporters to get involved. These events not only generate donations on the spot, but also build long-term awareness and relationships with people who care about creative, patient-centered care.
2
Immersion Vanderbilt Funding
We also leverage Vanderbilt University’s Immersion Vanderbilt program to secure institutional funding that supports our mission. Through this initiative, Canta Canta receives financial support to expand our reach, cover printing and material costs, and ensure consistent book distribution to clinics and hospitals. Immersion Vanderbilt funding not only helps sustain our work financially but also affirms our role as a valuable student-led project that bridges creativity, community engagement, and healthcare access.
